Help brehs..How to stay in shape while being broke?

Eating healthy, buying supplements, and gym memberships can be expensive. Especially for a broke college student such as myself. I'm going to pay more $ for tuition this year so I'll have to cutback on these things. So how does one maintain shape while not being able to afford these luxuries?

burpees, pushups, ab wheel, buy 30 dollar pullup bar for your door frame.

100(or more) burpees monday
100(or more) pushups 100 ab(or more) wheels tuesday
36 pullups(or more) 100(or more) ab wheel wednesday
500 standing squats thursday

Repeat.

:snoop: at this thread. Go to the fruit market, buy plls from the corner store and do chinups in the park. Eating healthy isnt expensive at all tbh. You just close minded.

Chicago has public gym facilities. Take advantage of those, and you'll get a more limited sort of gym membership experience, but at a fraction of the cost. Buy a pullup bar- they're not expensive. Scour craigslist/ebay for used weight sets (even if you aren't broke, there's no reason to buy brand new- you'll save a ton of money and they work just the same.) Do a bunch of bodyweight exercises, and if there's a playground nearby with useful equipment, use that, too.

All that aside, though- your school doesn't have a gym with free student access?

Look up bodyweight circuits, the whole fukking world can be your gym.

I used the weight room on campus.
Unless you are going to a community college with no gym, use what they have. They are usually free or it is included in your fees.

push ups,pull ups,sit ups,crunches,dips, lunges,v-ups,running.

Thats just a few things you can do. Throw in some swimming too breh :yes:

All of these, plus cop some dumbells and a couple plates to put in a bookbag & :eat:
