Help, ASAP, Need To Transfer Game Saves (The Walking Dead) To New Laptop

Shyt should not be this fukkin difficult lol. Long story short, I just got a brand new Acer in exchange for a 08 Dell (dont ask me how lol) and im trying to play ep 4. I transferred the folder with all the gamesaves in it, but I have no idea where to put it. The game saves is the only thing I transferred from the old folder, and this is not installed in the main directory, its a direct play file and it installed in my Vuze downloads folder. The game starts up but my saves are not coming up. I even tried starting a new game to see where the new save was created at and I still cant find the shyt. Where are my saves going or where do I put the folder with all my old saves???
