Im short and :flabbynsick: i aint postin no specific stats cause its too :mjcry:


Bout to join a gym tomorrow (forcing myself to at least get on the bike for 45 mins or some shyt, no longer procrastinating)


random household items I just copped at the store....
  • Exercise big Ball (for girl type ab movements, my stomach is :gag:)
  • Jump Rope (just to feel cool like a boxer:slapfight:)
  • Stretching Assist Band :wrist:
  • Gloves:lift:
  • Running Shoes & Matching Socks :ucku:
  • Resistance Band :lift:
I remember someone telling me to cop a "resistance band rope" because it was perfect for beginners. Should I start with a resistance band in the crib so i dont look like dumb at the gym? It came with some basic movements in the box

anyhoo, Im a complete newb again (stopped and started years ago) and ashamed to admit it, :mjcry:

Can anyone point me in the right direction for learning proper form on lifting weights and learning about the machines as a beginner cause a nikka cant afford a trainer or anything, just orientation and the owner chick is :flabbynsick: so this should be interesting

I recommend you get the knowledge as you could spend years trying to be healthy and not befitting possibly even harming yourself because you don't even know how to be healthy to begin with. I say this to help you.

Drink tons of water firstly

Use Hit training meaning for about 30 mins walk about 2 mins than sprint for 30 seconds....trick your body to burn more calories

And the most important thing is eating good ...don't matter how hard you workout if your not eating healthy
