eh...aint nothing to it but to do it broz. hit them sit-ups and don't cheat. breath all the way in and out with ever rep. run, nikka. you'll be alright. plus...definition ain't the same as strength. don't under estimate urself. everyone has abdominal muscles. why you want the sculpted abs? to show off?

if you 180 and u still got a gut i wouldn't worry too much. try full body workouts and a fruit/veggie diet for a lil while. just speakin from experience. grapfruit will do sumn to ya!
Eliminate milk out your diet. Eat clean and train your abs. It's really simple truthfully but it takes time. That's all.
When I say eat clean, I mean try to limit the fats. The only fats I intake a day is peanut butter and the fat that comes along on my chicken breasts. When you eat your meat, eat lean cuts. Not hamburgers. Also, stay away from fried foods.

When you have cheat days, is it just a meal or can it be the whole day
