If you can hang a bag from the ceiling, get a heavy bag.

Also get a double end bag (floor to ceiling).

Don't worry about a speed bag.

The bag that you use, a lot.

Slip bag, floor to ceiling are great.

I always preferred these since they take up less room and they kind of punish you for hitting them wrong because they are firmer.

I got a double end bag for the crib, but I'm looking for a good speed bag so I can train using the Speed Bag Bible by Alan Kahn.

If you cop any double end bag, get a set of mini bungee cords (preferably with a latch) so you can adjust the height exactly where you need it to be.
