Actually, as crazy as it seem i that some day some team could do it. I dont see why not. It may not be in our lifetime but I honestly dont see why not. If a good GM puts a great squad together with a bunch of players that are dedicated to the cause and focused on accomplishing something noone has ever done before.

Any team that goes undefeated in the regular season WILL NOT win the championship. The energy that team would have to put in the regular season would be rediculous considering from games 11 to 70, minus a couple of rivalries or division match-ups, teams play on cruise control.

By the time they made it to the second round of the playoffs they would probably be dead. Hell, half of these teams can barely make it through a full season without trailing off at the end...
