I took a break from working out for a while (yeah yeah :flabbynsick: I know) and I just started back and when doing bicep curls, I hear an ever so faint cracking sound coming from my left elbow every time I come back down with the weight. It's only happening in my left elbow

no pain or anything, and I don't feel anything at all. Wondering what it could be

My joints often do the same; combo of tight muscles (from not stretching) and stiff joints. Tendinitis in my elbow, hyperextended/cold tendons in my knees. :francis:

Your posture probably fukked up
putting your shoulders in fukked up position putting a fukked up stress at a fukked up angle on your elbow = how fast can i get tendinitis :patrice:

Becareful of your form, when doing tricep exercises contract the triceps like 95% of the way, don’t lock out your elbows all the way, can lead to elbow issues.

Might also want to lower the weight, properly warm up, stretch etc
