the government sponsored plan question is only iffy because of the wording

because you automatically think they mean the state health insurance exchanges

I got the same score...they got me on the technical aspects of the forcing businesses to provide insurance to employees question.
A lot of these questions are framed in a way to make the ACA seem far more benign and benevolent than it actually is though.
