He didn't aim for the largest part of the body (center mass). Smaller moving targets are hard to hit.
Instead of bringing the gun all the way up to the head, he should have fired from the hip, stomach area and if needed continued firing until he brought the gun to shoulder height.
Guy with the draco has the gun too high too cause that bytch jumps up when you shoot it. Had he been aiming lower he would've crumbled ol dude.
