I can't stand dudes like this. Hype and motivation is not a necessity to being a good salesman. A good sales trainer teaches people to memorize the full sales process, teach them product knowledge, and discuss less teachable things like, how to read and connect with people. The best sellers are clinical psychopaths and they kill it on the sales floor with the coolest and calmest disposition. "Its a game" is what most of them will tell you.
People like this are successful because they’re able to sell the grift. Not saying what he is doing is completely invalid. He may have some gems, but all this “motivational porn” is finite. You know how people get ahead….. network. You know how to build a network… offer a bargaining chip. Everything else is blah blah. You want to be an asset, know people, move people. Anything else is bullshyt
