HD streaming on Xbox 360?

So I got an Xbox 360 for my birthday
And I've recent;y been getting into watching 3D flicks, I've been using my PS3 but it starts stuttering like a jerk all through the flick.
I know that PS3 is famous for having a weak wifi card, so I'm wondering if streaming on Xbox is any smoother
