HBO Max - The Invisible Pilot

Finally got around to watching The Invisible Pilot on HBO Max about Gary Betzner.

It's hard to believe I hadn't heard of him before. But his life story is hard to believe.
Without giving away too much of this 3-part documentary, Betzner was a guy who faked his death and became a drug runner in the 1980s.

Frankly a pretty good miniseries could have been made about his life.
I would say that the series starts off very slowly. If you can get through Episode 1 it gets better.

There are lot of questions. If he's invisible how do they know when he's on the plane? Does it just take off? If the plane is invisible how does he see it.

Its pretty good, it would be dope (no pun) if their was a Snowfall, Kill The Messenger type "universe" showing each side...the smuggler, the boss, the Street kid, the journalist, the gov side etc
