I'm on the west coast and was able to watch it at 6pm sharp then i paused it and came back and kept getting a server error msg, streamed flawlessly at 7 tho

no you dont. they come out instantly.
even the latest game of thrones came out exactly at 9.
You don't have to wait, but I doubt the server will let you actually watch shyt. But it technically releases on there the same time the episode starts airing
