- Nutrition. Avoiding junk sugar and fried foods. Alcohol etc.
- Blood pressure. Adderall has raised my blood pressure and im fighting back by reducing usage, no more caffeine, less alcohol, nutrition, healthier eating and bought a BP Monitor. HIIT workouts too.
- Bodyfat + Weightloss. Gunning for the 10-15% range. Weight im not overly concerned about as long as im 170 ish tops. 1200-1500calories daily, Intermittent fasting daily.
- 3-4 workouts a week. High volume lifting and cardio. Goal is cutting.
