the summer is when the majority of A/C's break because hot as hell outside and the units get overworked because they are set lower than they should be

These old folks are pissed and I would be too with the money they pay to stay here.

this is why I LOVE my office.

it was a former nursing home, so EVERYONE has their own personal BIG ass office with a private bathroom, window and individual heating/ac units. so I can turn this shyt to a meat locker or a sauna as I see fit. plus my door can lock as well

It's 98 degrees out right here right now. I went out to wave my arms around in it and to breathe deep. Hot AND sticky. x_x I swam through humid air.
