Having people compliment on your improvement Appreciation

Had a BBQ during the 4th and we had some family and friends come over. some who i see alot and some who i see very seldom. but anyway maaan it feels good when you have people ask you if you been in the gym or that your getting bigger or cut. i had my shirt on so it was more along the lines of your looking stronger.

When they say that im usually like ya i know

end of the summer i hope its even more compliments and comments. my ego is already on a zillion nikka. imma be like at myself in the mirror

I know the feels. LOL Breh from my heaviest to my lightest I lost a total of 80 some lbs.


I have had people straight up not know who I am.


Not even like acquaintances, Like family members and shyt.


I went to my moms funeral and people I grew up knowing were like "Oh so how did you know the departed?!?"

And I was like "Aunt carol! It's ashley! You know... her DAUGHTER!"

Mines is kinda like that but the opposite. My friends say good stuff but my family stays on their hater shyt. They either give a backhanded compliment or talk about how im obessed/need a life etc etc. My cousin is and was the skinny highschool looking bicep curler w/ abs that swears he's built. I was always supportive of this nikka and he was cool, but once I got bigger than him he was and instantly started with the shyt talk. At this point I take all that hate as a compliment, knowin I got em .

breh i just take the hate as motivation as soon as they say something i cant wait to smack up the gym. im just going to keep going and let them hate until they are just like themselves and finally stop hatin

Just today, a woman was coming down the stairs from the main level for the train with a shopping cart full of shyt. Some nikka helped her down the first flight of stairs(him holding the bottom, her holding the top part.)

So I ask her if she needed help carrying the cart down the 2 other flights of stairs. She said yeah and went to grab to top part of the cart.

I stopped her and said knaw I got it, and carried the cart full of shyt down the 2stairs

her = thanks

me = no problem

going to tomorrow morning on a day I was not going to, but I FEEL TOO GOOD

Breh, I have the exact same problem. I haven't gotten close to where I need to be and people keep telling me not to lose anymore weight

Every workout I'm mad because I not where I need to be.

Its crazy when people you havent seen in years say that shyt. Literally everyone I come across who I haven't seen in years says the same shyt "damn man you got buff"

Wifey just told me this weekend I was getting too muscular. Then the next day she said she likes my muscles

fukk it though. I wont stop until the guns are like 17-18". Then I'll be good
