why is that?

I go to the gym in the mornings and sometimes I don't brush my teeth, those days, I really don't have a good experience. I lift but not long and it doesn't feel too good. When I brush my teeth I feel unstoppable, like i'm on a supplement, is there a reason for this? Not a joke thread btw, I'm trying to correlate good hygiene to weight lifting they seem to go hand in hand.

I find the same effect as well....if only the other oafs in the gym could follow this and stop eating tuna salad 15 minutes before they lift :to:

brushing your teeth sends a mental signal to your body that it's time to wake up. so when you brush you're more awake and blood flow is prob better

Toothpaste also sends a sign to ur stomach that you've "ate"

I know some ppl when they're hungry at night just go brush their teeth and then they're fine.

Also, if you drink enough water and scrape ur tongue, and dont have bad sinus/allergies, you wont really have bad breath in the morning.
