Those days where you feel sluggish and slow but drag your ass to the gym anyways.

*usually deadlifts 365-385lbs for reps*

*decides to do a few reps with 335 cuz you feel sluggish*

*weight feels heavier than usual*

*completes set, stares at weight like :why: *

*loses the :jawalrus: look for the rest of the workout*

*leaves at the end :dead:*

I literally had a day EXACTLY like that today.


I was looking at the weights like :what:??

Even the "trainer" was like "You want some advice on your deads?"

I was like :dry::hmm: " no. :hmm: In my defense, I probably shouldn't be deadlifting with a sprained ankle." :sadcam: :smugdraper:

Those days suck. It seems to hit especially on my chest days. Dudes looking at me like :leon: as if I'm a noob that doesn't know his limits. I give them the :hmm: and :sadbron: my way outta there.

That's used to be me, practically everyday. Until I started going to Wendy's and getting a burger or chicken sandwich RIGHT before I workout.

Now, I can go for a looooong time and lifting heavier :yes:

that shyt is turrrbull

happened the other day when i was trying to do some high rep bench on 225. i reached up to bring the bar down and that shyt felt like 255 :huhldup:
