Have you ever seen a black couple adcopt a white baby?

Not trying to start a race thread, but me and my girl are thinking about adopting because of her past medical issues she puts herself at great risk by trying to have a baby. We are both white, and we don't care what race the baby is, if we choose to adopt, but thinking on it, I have never heard of a black couple adopting a white baby.

Enlighten me, I could be completely off base, but I aint seen where they do that at

Cool, interesting. Thanks for the info. Any interviews or anything up that ask them how they felt about it? I mean, there had to be some social questioning of it just because of the world we live in.

Well, I have seen all sorts of races of people adopt, black couples, indian couples, asian couples, latin couples, I just don't see alot of couples adopt outside of the same race except white couples. I even know a dwarf couple that adopted a dwarf asian baby and a black normal sized baby.

It has a lot to do with it being more poor black babies being born every year without any parents more so than white poor babies might be the reason?

Plus most black people I know rarely adopt period unless they are adopting a family members kids

Ehh.. If I adopt a white baby he might grow up hating CACs
