I love science fiction! But I never got around to watching it.

My favorite of all time is Stargate SG-1. How is Babylon 5?

Really great series, CGI hasn't aged well at all, but if you can get past that, you shouldn't have any problems enjoying it. Season 4 is the height of the series since JMS (Producer and writer of the show) believed the network was going to cancel the series, so they put all the major arcs in that season. Once TNT agreed to distribute season 5, JMS had no ideas left for arcs, so it dips after that, but still very good.

Also there are some Made-For-TV movies to go with it...

Watch These After Season 4
In The Beginning
A River of Souls
A Call To Arms

Watched B5 all through the 90s, no DS9, but it is up there for pure Sci-Fi...

I liked the spinoff that came after when them aliens poisoned the fukking earth and the ship that was in orbit had to find a cure before 2 or 3 years when they would all die? I remember it being cancelled before it finished and that shyt pissed me off. Because of that experience i never jump into shows until they are confirmed a 2nd season

Just started watching this show a few weeks ago. I really dig it. The OG Mass Effect game series seems to have been heavily inspired by this show. I just finished S3E17: "War Without End Pt. II" and I have a feeling the show just peaked. Like, the show had mostly been building up to that episode.

"War Without End Pt. II" led me to make some pretty sad discoveries today. I googled a character to gain a better understanding of them, and I realize I'm watching a show full of ghosts. With exception of Claudia Christian (Susan Ivanova) and Peter Jurasik (Londo), all of the actors of my characters (G'Kar, Jeffrey Sinclair, Vir, Delenn, Garibaldi) are dead. I had no idea that Michael O'Hare (Jeff Sinclair) had departed the show after S1 due to serious mental health issues (paranoid delusions/hallucinations).
