I know it's probably considered a bad business idea now, more than ever before, but have any of you thought about it?
I'm sure some of you had, or have AirBNB set-ups in other countries, but did any of you ever consider the hostel option, why or why not?
I'm mostly talking about LCOL (low cost of living) areas, since I don't think there are too many millionaires here (I could be wrong though).
Ideally, it would be better if you already have family in that country, just so that you can have things handled more smoothly when you are away, or in case the country only allows citizens to start businesses, and you are not a citizen.
Any of you ever though about it? How would you make your hostel stand out from the competition?
