have any of you bros forgot about your previous beliefs or religions like Islam or Christianity and decided to look into and believe in African Spirituality ?

some of the ten commandments from the bible come from the 42 ideals of MA'AT, who was an Egyptian goddess that regulated the stars, seasons, the actions of mortals and the deities who set order in the universe from chaos at the moment of creation. her parent is known as the Egyptian god, Ra.

tell me your stories if you have and any advice for me because i am thinking of looking into African Spirituality.

I've been studying the Medu Neter since late last year. I'm actually reading it right now, while I sit in this ER room(not pertaining to me).

It is an correct way to approach life and it helped me understand myself better, while not relying on diety to save me. It made me acknowledge the divinity in me and on a physiological tip, helped me understand and control my automatic response and reactions to the varies stimulus I interact with on a daily bases.

All religions come from Spirituality...
Vodun/vodoo is possible the oldest from of organize spirituality from which all other Spiritual movement and religions including Christianity and MA'AT sprang.
Within Vodun are a foreshadowing of nearly all Christian or Buddhist/Hinduist concepts.

Being Rasta is a step in that direction.
