any1 else find this shyt mad boring :noah: often lose count of the reps and sets and its not like you can even see them shyts putting in work either like other muscles well unless you got a six pack already.

Don't sleep on dl and squats. If you use the bike station, try to engage/tighten your abs.

You should do this for all your exercises, actually. Keep them abs tight.

Speak for yourself... I can see them bytches going to work whenever I do ab exercises... in fact, if I go to my boy's private gym and I take my shirt off when I do leg lifts so I can see every single ab/intercostal/oblique flex :blessed:

Also, The reason you might not feel like they are "putting any work" because you aren't blowing all of the air out of your stomach at the flex of your movement.... When you do that, you engage them more as opposed to just going through the motions...

I need to hit abs but I'm addicted to the rush of compound lifts. Of course compounds hit abs too but it definitely makes a difference to dedicate time to your abs.

i had to make ab/cardio day. i always say ima do em after one of my 3-day rotation but i never do. i tear that abs up for like an hour.

if i do straight abs in a day i get nauseous no idea why, i guess its the weakest part of my body

You lose count of the reps? How many reps are you doing and what exercises? I only spend 15 mins on them and I do low reps/high resistance so I can feel the burn.
