These mental health folks are absolutely frustrating as fukk. Like damn, i literally called three that my insurance gave me and no luck. its like do i have to smack the shyt or snap on one of these fukkers for them to get the message.

Wow. A few years ago, i would get up every saturday morning to hike and walk around the damn park. Weed would help me do that shyt. Now, ive been sober for a month and a half and dont feel like doing shyt on a saturday. Very irritated and upset as if i was drunk or on drugs but in reality, im just frustrated about a lot of shyt. Very much so. I feel like i just cant win when it comes to anything. Always feeling burdened.
