Has there ever been more forced sequels than Hangover 2 and 3?

Obviously there has, but this is getting ridiculous. Part 2 was as forgettable as they come, and I fell asleep halfway thru the trailer to part 3. fukkin lazy ass Hollywood

At least they waited Longer with 3, it's like the 1st 1 came out and then the Sequel was out the Following Year. Not sure if it actually was but that's what it felt like...and it was a Pathetic Attempt for a Follow Up. 1st was a Complete Original Classic to me but the 2nd was just not Working for me and I really don't know what to say about this 3rd but Good Luck.

Each of them basically came out two years apart. But I think they should have waited to do part 2 till around 2012 or now. The anticipation alone would have meant even more profit for the movie no matter how good or bad it was. But part two did even better than the first in worldwide sales. If this one does even better I could see them doing a part 4 somewhere down the line.

Didn't like the first. Thought it was basic comedy movie stuff.

The Matrix was classic and did not need sequels (and a game that was treated like it was part of the storyline). I actually liked the game though
