I hope ya'll realize that most of this shyt is not just for the black community, it's a trickle down ideology. Like immigration policy and tax cuts.
The Democrats won't talk much about specific policies. Hell they barely agree to do interviews unless heavily scripted.

That list doesn't do anything that specifically benefits black people outside of the HBCU funding but in case you ain't know, why people and hispanics go to HBCU's as well.
