Jean Pascal knocked him down twice in their 1st fight. The 1st one you could argue that he was hit in the back of the head, but the 2nd one was legit. Segundo Mercado also knocked him down in their fight.

Other than that, I can't recall any other time he's tasted the canvas

It makes no sense how this old nikka still out here dominating and schooling these younger fighters.

I'm not fan but you gotta respect it:salute:

Breh is 48. Just in the past few years schooled Pascal twice, Cloud, Pavlik and put up a pretty good fight with Dawson:ehh:

Did I mention breh is 48?

I understand his age, but he's not dominating anyone and "schooling" is what I would say Floyd did to Canelo/Guerrero......and even what Hopkins did to Pavlik. I wouldnt call him winning "schooling" someone. That's kind of strong imo:manny:

Floyd is a totally different discussion.

But Hopkins should be easily exploitable at that age. But just the fact that he's not, and in there strategically picking apart his opponents with no real signs of slipping is far beyond notable:manny:

It's like he's a teacher of the sweet science in there. He'd make a great trainer when he retires IMO

I do agree with the Hopkins eventually being a great trainer and it's still amazing that he's beating world class fighters at 48 years old.

I felt the Pascal knockdowns weren't legit, BHOP was trying to finese the ref into taking points off from Pascal

After the 2nd knockdown he cut that shyt out and got serious:birdman:
