It's called worm gymnastics, basically you roll yourself into the carpet, like a blunt, and try to get out of it, it says the exercise can train various type of muscles, has anyone tried this trick?
This needs to be a trend in the US just so I can at those types who follow every gym fad get all rolled up in carpets like a line of overgrown taquitos.
