Has anyone here taken the Exxxon-Mobil employment test?

I guess that's what it's called. My cousin just got outta college is getting ready to take it in a few weeks and he doesn't know what to expect, and he asked me if I knew anyone who had.

Any of y'all ever taken it? What is it?

A lot of my classmates will end up working there when we graduate (TAMU) but I'm not interested.. didn't even know there was a test so I can't give you a direct answer, but I can't imagine they would ask very intensive questions or industry-specific questions esp to someone coming straight out of undergrad. Guessing it's more philosophical/personality related type questions. They can't expect a 21 yr old kid to know the oil and gas industry.. I don't think..

Yeah, there's some type of test, but I think it's geared toward Operations. I dont know if everyone has to work anywhere in the company.

Working at exxon/mobile the gas station on your block is different from working at the actual company, the only test he took was probably a drug test.

Nah, but it's probably just a reasoning test.

This company I interned for once has 2 bad ass pre-employment tests before you can even step foot in the company, even as an intern. Passed with flying colors
