How good is the 3D capabilities for both devices?

When you watch 3D programming with the glasses, do you feel immersed in the environment you are viewing or does it just make features larger on screen?

Thanks in advance!

I live in the United States
I have one, and the 3D is excellent. BUT, the problem with 3D right now is there is no standards
So the 3D varies depending on the source.

Certain movies really shine in 3D like Alice in Wonderland 3D, Cloudy with a chance of cockmeats ballz/etc

But just like in the Movie theater, some movies have terrible 3D.

Same applies to gaming. On xbox, Gears of War 3's 3D is pretty cool looking, actually really good. But your K/D ratio should probably drop because of it because it makes the game almost too realistic looking imo.

Call of Duty Black Ops 1/2 has it, and the effect isn't really good imo. I haven't tried it in campaign, but zombie and mulitplayer mode with it on hindered more than it added to the experience.

Ghost Recon's 3D was excellent. NBA2k12's 3D was great, I haven't even tried it in 2k13

Then little arcade titles either shined of failed. Invincible Tiger's 3D is probably the best on consoles right now. Without the 3D the game is just some average little known of fighter. Also Battle of Los Angeles has the best 3D for a FPS on consoles.
They really did a good job with the 3D

Thats all I have experienced gaming wise. I can tell you a bunch more movies if your interested. Make sure the TV you get has at least 240hz refresh rate. The higher the refresh rate, the better quality the 3D "can" be. Still dependent on the source tho :hula:
