I went once with my mom. The woman told me that someone had a curse on me and she could break it if I gave her $200 to buy some black candles. Needless to say, I never went back.

yeah. she got the cold reading wrong because i'm screwed in the head and a lot of my automatic emotional responses are screwed up.

Nope, not at all. To me, this stuff is only real if you believe in it. When you walk through their door, they at least know that you are curious or you wouldn't even be there. That's what they feed off it to make their money. They will use general statements such as "You have money problems" or "You want a raise on your job"
