I'm tired now so Ill try and keep it short...

School has always been a struggle for me since I was younger (I was diagnosed with ADD in kindergarten), yet I always did well in the reading and comprehension test in school..

My worst subject has always been math. Even now in college I'm in the dumb math classes trying to "catch up" to where I should be...

I feel like its extremely hard to remember things, formulas, etc.... So math is a constant struggle.. Im working to push through it though

Other then that the ADD makes it incredibly hard for me to stay on subject and not bounce around from one thing to another..

So does anyone here that has ADD been able to work through it and be successful???

There are drugs to help mitigate some of the negative effects of ADD. I do not know if you have access to them. You might have to go to a pychiatrist to a prescription but its worth it. In regards to your math issue, do not major in math. I am sure your goal in life is to have a good living providing for you and your family. If Math and ADD clash, then dont become an accountant. Find something else that will harmonize with your condition. Math is your kryptonite so stay away from it and set your eyes on a different career path.

Medications (which you are on) and I can't stress this enough GO TO YOUR COLLEGES DISABILITY SERVICES AND GET ACCOMODATED.

The ADA entitles you to accommodations for ADD/ADHD. You will need either a Section 504 Plan or an IEP to give to them as well as documentation from a doctor (general doctor, P-Doc, etc)
