Spoelstra is good, not great by any means. He got outcoached badly by Carlisle in the Finals. We just got lucky in that Scott Brooks is incompetent and was stubborn with his rotation.

Heat fans hate Spoelstra because his approach is different. I honestly like the guy and he's a master at manipulative substitution patterns.

Heat fans want Spo to just throw the teams best player back onto the court when the opposing team is making a run. Spo's approach is to get players rested so they are fresh at key moments of the game.
