The blend of top notch sequels and brand new ips is unlike anything I've never seen. Especially in today's climate when most of the top games are multiplatform. Keep in mind I didn't even mention timed exclusives like Neir Automata, No mans Sky, or Ni no Kuni 2 which is only out for PS4 and PC

The poll didn't include pre-1999 consoles because almost all of their games were exclusives

Right I almost didn't include them in the poll because they were just inherently different. I mean one was a cd and the other was cartridges so they are bound to have mostly exclusive games

All 6th generation consoles had great qualities and will go down as the last great gen.

Xbox (modding and online)
Gamecube (great library )
Dreamcast (arcade perfect ports and online)
Game boy advance (portable SNES graphics on the go).

Im a huge fan of JRPGs so the ps1 and 2 will always be my favourite consoles but the PS4 for me is an amazing console exclusive wise. I can count at least 10 must play games of my head.
