Backstory:
In July 2016 Harold “House” Moore was convicted of a crime he did not commit: inappropriately touching a minor. HE IS INNOCENT. This never occurred.

Harold Moore is an upstanding individual. He’s spent a great portion of his life helping others as his first career was as behavioral therapist. The name may or may not sound familiar as he has been pursuing career primarily as actor the last ten years with notable roles on Single Ladies, NYC 22, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, With This Ring, Secrets and playing Dr. Dre in the upcoming Tupac movie.

Even while pursuing his acting career he has remained committed to helping others and stayed heavily involved with helping youth; earlier this year meeting with the Mayor of Atlanta’s office and local colleges/universities to implement programs to help inspire and grow budding adults.

He is presently in prison awaiting appeal. The truth of the matter is while being a responsible “step-father” who was standing against his 14-year old daughter from seeing a 17-year old boy and having sex; he instructed her to get off the phone late at night - she in retaliation went to the police with a bogus claim of being touched inappropriately.

He was recently convicted – NOT because there was evidence. EVERY piece of evidence PROVES it was a lie and was withheld or suppressed by the games played in court between attorney’s. The jury convicted him not because there was evidence but because he didn’t have a strong enough explanation of why his “step-daughter” would lie.

The judge in Harold’s case allowed his case/conviction to go to appeals. THE JUDGE KNOWS this is not true; however because Harold’s attorney did not handle the case in ways that would have caused him to dismiss it, he’s allowed the conviction to remain until it reaches the Court of Appeals.

Harold “House” Moore is not a man who is of poor moral fiber; he is a man of faith, an educated man who is giving, caring, always seeking to help others, inspire others, has spent the majority of his life working with those with behavioral issues so they can grow, change and make a better life for themselves. As people, we don’t really change much over time, we habitually stay who we are. Look at his social media posts; they are reflective of his beliefs in God, of the right things, of uplifting people.

Please help us get Harold the justice he deserves; to get him in front of an Appeals Court and be exonerated. We will be sending this petition to the Governor of Georgia, Mayor of Atlanta and Georgia Representative John Lewis and Senator David Perdue.

If you are able to also aid with his legal fund you may at: Pay MooreJustice using PayPal.Me When you are in prison you do not have access to your bank accounts or any sort of residuals or income that may come in. LIFE STOPS.

Help bring this dedicated father, who is heavily involved with community and helping others, home to his boys by signing this petition. Thank you for joining us to exonerate this innocent and beloved man.

Sincerely,

The Moore Family and friends
