I could've sworn this came out under a different name before or maybe it was just a flick that was very similar to this.
Another groundhogs day based flick..... I'll give it a "kodi" shot.... 
This movie was going by Half to Death up to a few weeks ago when the studio changed the name to Happy Death Day.

I hate the premise only because I know people who were murdered and it ain't no damn groundhogs day for them to come back to.

After seeing it, I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'm surprised at the critic love. I'll give a B grade I guess. Minor spoilers. White entitled colllege girl, treating everybody like garbage. As far as looks I've seen worse from skinny white girls, but her feet ruin it all. 
She's a thot who catches alot bodies. You'll hate her and have no sympathy for her death. Someone kills her and she experiences the groundhog day effect. She remembers everything but each time makes different choices but ultimately get killed. The movies tries a lot tricks, trolling. And to me, I think that's the line of whether you love it, like it or hate it. Movies tries to lead you down several rabbit hole, play with your emotions, etc. The movie is obviously influenced by "Scream" but it ain't on that classic level. I mean I was pleased with how it wrapped up with her "killer". Like I figure some stuff out, but I didn't pick up all the clues to conclude who her murderer was. I think as long as you don't expect some great movie, you'll be ok.
