Hands down, Kay Slay has the best Hip Hop show on NY radio

With the exception of DJ Eclipse's WNYU college show on Wednesday nights and Peter Rosenbergs Sunday night Hot 97 show, Kay Slay's Thursday and Sunday night Hot 97 show is the best pound for pound Hip Hop show in the tri state. Slay is the only commercial DJ on radio that still break artists and doesn't compromise to appeal to a commercial audience. Whenever he's on, you're always going to get some pure unadulterated joints from the streets!

I hear him on Shade 45 from time to time, and I'm not really a fan. Maybe the hot 97 show is different, but I usually tune out when he comes on. As a matter of fact I haven't listened since Papoose was a guest. That was it for me.
