These cops are more often too stupid to have the level of responsibility they have. And that sentiment should ring loud for anyone in any field that requires significant training and testing before they can even begin to near a similar level of responsibility.
And it pisses me off to see that cop just make a dash while leaving the woman in the vehicle, you know that if she died in that situation, they wouldn't be held as liable as they should, and if they were fired, they would just pick up work at another station.
