It's true or close to it. The why isn't talked about though.

Since we aren't citizens of the United States and are Moors this is so.

There is a Black lady by the name of Sherry Jackson, she used to work for the IRS and then became an advocate for not paying income tax. She even bragged about it in a documentary. Her main argument was that there is no law stating that you had to pay federal income tax. Now, I think she's a libertarian, but what ever the case, she was thrown in jail for not paying her taxes for 4 years and I think she was released last year or in 2011.
And then there is the 16th amendment that spoke to something like Blacks being only 3/5ths human, but I need to do more research before I can speak with confidence on the subject.

AA's shouldnt pay a dime to the feds. call it reparations. its similar to how the natives got their small piece of the pie for previous atrocities, same thing they did with the asians they rounded up not long ago. they apologized and gave them some doe too. so for as much nonsense we've been thru. no fed tax.period.
now as to the previous point. it could be true since most of us in america are super broke. so broke to the point of not paying taxes. you do realize if you dont make that much you can file exempt. then add on all the people unemployed or part time employees not making enough. so maybe it is possible for that many folks not paying fed tax.
hows about the repubs talk about all the corporations that DODGE taxes. but they make 100's of millions to billions.
so you made at me for making 15,000 a year and holding onto an extra grand. but you aint mad at BOFA for making a 300 mill while holding on to 50 mil in taxes. come on now.

You have access to free resources online. You might be interested to find out that:
1. More than half the people who pay no FEDERAL income tax pay other taxes including payroll taxes, state and local taxes and sales taxes (which means that they aren't freeloaders).
2. 10% are elderly (most elderly tend to vote Republican).
3. Almost 7% earn less than the poverty level.
4. Most were beneficiaries of tax cuts supported by the GOP.

They don't exist - those 47% include:
1) Retirees;
2) Active duty military;
3) The disabled
4) Students.
And even if they don't pay income tax, the working poor pay social security and medicare on every penny they earn, which is 15.3% on all earnings under $113,700, plus sales tax directly, plus property tax indirectly through rent.
