The man bun has been modeled by some of Hollywood's hottest heartthrobs, and now a new creation is making the hipster hair trend attainable by almost every modern man.
Clip-on man buns have been created as a quick and easy solution for those gentlemen who are eager to try and recreate the popular hairstyle worn by the likes of Jared Leto and Harry Styles, but who would rather not wait for the time it takes to actually grow out their own lengthy locks.
Of course, such clip-on hair pieces have been available to women for years, but the creators of the clip-on bun are clearly hoping that the popularity of the male hairstyle will encourage more men to invest in their own fake tresses.

It's a steal! More than 1,000 have now sold at $9.99 each after a hefty discount

Mix and match: The detachable man bun comes in three colors. Black, brown and blonde. It is not yet available in ginger
Plus the attachable man bun allows guys to wear it when they want to and not when they don't - a far more convenient solution for those guys who are eager to give the man bun a whirl without investing the time and energy in growing out their hair.
A quirkily-written description on Groupon explains how the accessory should be worn: 'Comb your hair back toward the crown of your head, in a similar motion to lacquering a reclaimed-wood coffee table.
'Attach the man bun to your natural hair the way the lay public attached itself to Arcade Fire. Use bobby pins to secure the man bun, decide bobby pins are too mainstream, use antique paper clips instead.'
The detachable buns come in three colors, black, brown and blonde. The listing stated that more than 1,000 have sold so far with the price being heavily discounted from $65 to just $9.99.
The Groupon description continues: 'This attachable—and, equally important, detachable—man bun lets you blend in with your surroundings, putting it on when you smell fair-trade coffee or hear a banjo, and taking it off when someone utters the word bro.'
