Mark Eaton, the youngest of the three, age 23, heads the sales department. Mark is not head of sales because he is a “slick talking, sly guy” but because he is the exact opposite. Mark is the most honest and upfront person you would ever meet and for this reason he leads all sales initiatives. Boojee Hair is on a quest to be perceived as a respectable entity in the community and with such representation this journey will not be a long one.

Mark also known as Mark, lol, is also a full-time student at Texas Southern University where he is in senior year. He studies psychology and spends all day trying to get in everyone’s head, searching for a “deeper” meaning to everything! “Boojee benefits most because he helps all everyone strive for a better understanding of what their client’s wants and needs are”, says Kenneth.

When we asked both brothers to describe their young President, they replied with a multitude of one-liners almost as if it was rehearsed. “Reliable, spontaneous, expensive, honest, loving, strict, simple, complicated, funny…..” and that was only a fraction of their response. After speaking with Mark about his vision and role at Boojee Hair, we realized that the delivery of all of the adjectives was not rehearsed.

“As President of this company it is my duty first and foremost, to make sure that we are here for the long run. It would be a crying shame for us to be seasonal and miss the opportunity to pour back into our urban communities around Houston, Texas. In order to be a force in the community we have to understand our clients as well as the need in our community.….”

Mark definitely had a lot to share with us, but before we conclude this piece we have to make it clear that this young man is not your average 23 year old! He has vision.
