It gets boring after a while, what seems so new and great now will become tired and flavorless compared to other so called meat alternatives.

I still make it occasionally, usually pan fried hard in coconut oil for sweet potato curry

Gotta back off that GMO soy though :huhldup:

Invest in a wok and learn how to use it. Curries and other asian flavors are tailor made for tofu. You can still be low sodium as well.

Also uave you tried something called TEMPEH? shyt is delicious slthough slightly more expensive than tofu

Had tofu for lunch. Coated it in italian bread crumbs and pan fried it. Paired it with birds eye asian style protein blend.
