There's nothing better than finding the right gym, one where you look forward to going in every time to meet your goals and get in shape without it feeling like a drag. But even the best of them have their moments when shyt has you walking around like . For me it's
1) The New Years crowd- That rush of people who signed up just because they made a resolution to go to a gym, and end up taking up space and goofing off after forgetting that getting in shape actually takes work.
Jan 1-21st - OMG beach body, here we come!
Jan 22 - Feb 15- I can skip a day or two, but I PROMISE to go hard when I come in.
From March on -
My reaction - Glad they're gone. Now i can finish a workout without having to wait on every other exercise or watch some form from people who've been taught badly.
2) nikkas who can't rack the weight - N I'm not talking about people who just leave the weights all over the place when they done like a tornado hit the place, but cats who don't put the weight in the right spots.
Ok, time to curl some 45s. I got one, now - Where's the other - Who the fukk left it on the other side? Messy ass, low reading comprehension mfers.
Or even worse, someone racking 3 45 lb plates over the last pair of available 10lbs, giving me extra work to do.
Luckily none of this bothers me too much and I can it off and KIM to the end of the workout.
