First day back after like 3 weeks of no gym and a fukked up diet consisting of some days barely eating and other days eating madd bullshyt. The fall off was real, struggled with weight i was throwing up like nothing before. Probably a mental thing, i'ma get it back tho

It's mental bruh, muscle memory reigns supreme. The holiday calories helped more than you know. Start out slow and work your way back up. Tendons, muscles, and joints gotta get back on track so don't ego trip and rush a flight out to snap city.

What them calories and supplement game look like?

What them calories and supplement game look like?
Yeah, i dropped back the weight, i'll just increase gradually until I'm back where I was.
I take in about 2000-2500 calories a day. Only supplement I take is whey protein.
