Gym Brehs....What's something I can take for an energy boost?

I workout 2-3 times a week and sometimes take some preworkout but I've seen that its not the best. Lately I've been getting around 6-6.5 hours of sleep. I wake up energized but as the day goes on my energy decreases. Just wanted to know if any of you out there know of something natural I can take to maintain a certain energy level or give me a boost :jbhmm:.

Well if you aren’t trying to deal with stims I suggest Cardarine.

But in all Ernst you may want to consider taking a caffeine related stim or drink mid-day (before 3pm) that way it shouldn’t interfere with your sleep.
