German Volume Training – 10 Sets Of 10 Reps « Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding
So this guy is saying only do 1 exercise per muscle group.
Is this the way im suppose to be doing it?
I want to start tomorrow
Tomorrow am i only doing bench press 10X10?
Also usually work biceps so i would pick one exercise for this as well ?
