I think im ready i do these crazy burn outs at the end of all my work outs so i should be good but i'll probably be crying tomorrow.

On the leg press i already do kind of a gvt .

I do 10 reps calf raises , then place my foot in the middle of the machine for quads i do 10 reps , place my feet at the top for hamstrings and do 10.

No breaks its like 3 mini sets in 1 set.

I do 4 sets of this so that kind of like gvt.
