it kills everything else under $300 in the video card range.. nothing really close honestly, and its only $215 after rebate. Youd have to get a $300+ card like a GTX670 to best it.
Best mid-range graphics card

That puts you at $580, without a motherboard power supply and case though.
650 Watt Bronze Certified Power Supply - $80
Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650 650W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified, Modular Design, Single +12V Rail, ATX12V v2.31/EPS12V v2.92, SLI Ready, CrossFire Ready, Active-PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com
Z77 motherboard (asus) - $115
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX Intel Motherboard - Newegg.com
$785 before your case (cases can be anywhere from $50-200 depending on a lot of things)
but thats also future proofing your computer with your motherboard (you can find a way cheaper motherboard, probably one around $60 that would put you closer to your $700 goal) but ive personally had bad experiences with cheap motherboards so
heres a list of motherboards thatll work with that computer;
Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Motherboards, Intel Motherboards, LGA 1155
Starting at $40.. which would put you at $710.. but its up to you at that point.
just for fun I made this same computer on originpc.com which will be one of my competitors , it came out to $1792 with the same parts, comes with windows 7 though. Ima be selling computers like this for around $1000 mark.
