My guess is offering medical insurance for the wrestlers. I think people will be disappointed thinking it's another big signing but I think it's insurance which will make them even more competitive.

This would make sense seeing as there are apparently contact tiers. My guess signing with AEW at a certain tier will have medical insurance. This is probably going to be tied into thoughts that are willing to sign to long term contacts only. My 2 cents

What's wild is, this is actually a big deal...what's even wilder is that in 2022, offering medical insurance and not exploiting your talent as "independent contractors" is considered a big deal. Don't even ask me how, bruhs.
