Guerrero/Thurman And Broner/Molina Tops 3/7 NBC Card

Sources with knowledge of the details have advised BoxingScene.com that former multi-division champion Robert Guerrero (32-2-1, 18KOs) will face WBA interim-welterweight champion Keith Thurman (24-0, 21KOs) in the main event of the debut show of the new boxing series, which is being put together by powerful adviser/manager Al Haymon, for NBC/NBC Sports.

The fight is going to be televised by NBC (not NBC Sports) on March 7th from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Haymon Boxing is holding a press conference on Wednesday morning, with executives from the NBC Sports Group, to officially announce the series.

From what BoxingScene was told, the co-featured attraction will have former three division world champion Adrien Broner (29-1, 22KOs) facing hard-puncher John Molina (27-5, 22KOs) in a junior welterweight contest.
