Imma need proof because I'm pretty sure it isn't and is more off renderware and euphoria is proprietary which is why they sold and got bought out.
As far as I know, RAGE doesn't utilize UE at all and luckily was able to strike a deal early on to incorporate Euphoria and I thought DMM from NaturalMotion early on. Which is why they went out and created backbreakers to showcase their engine until their teams. And then they got bought out by some mobile company or something stupid so it's mainly backbreaks, the force unleashed which also uses DMM, and any game using RAGE engine
